The choice of Nordic ingredients seasoned with old French virtues in the preparations gives the guest a total experience out of the ordinary. The setting is set in an elegant environment with personality and soul, where we strive to delight and surprise the guests. At Restaurant P.O.L.O, we focus on sustainability, less chemistry and more nature. Therefore, as far as possible, we also use local producers and Danish raw materials.
